Lavender Magnesium Oil Spray

$20.00

2 oz

Trouble falling asleep? Waking up at night? Leg cramps? You may benefit from magnesium.*

Our Magnesium Oil Spray offers natural support for occasional sleeplessness. Mixed with organic hydrosols (tulsi, lavender, or rose) for a gently aromatic, herbal boost.

Magnesium is an essential mineral that our bodies need to function optimally.* However, research has shown that the magnesium content in our food sources is declining, and up to 75% of the population is not getting their recommended daily intake of this essential mineral.*

Magnesium aids the body by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for helping you feel calm and relaxed. It also helps regulate the hormone, melatonin, which helps guide your body’s sleep cycles.

For additional dreamtime support, add a dropperful of Good Night Elixir or Valerian Tincture to a cup of Goodnight Relaxing Tea before bed. Indulge in a soothing self-massage with our Moon Lotion and spray your linens with a few spritzes of our Good Night Calming Pillow Spray.

Sweet dreams, friends!

Directions

Start with 4-5 spritzes once a day on armpits, back of knees, or your stomach for best absorption. Work up to 10-12 sprays per day. Many folks apply magnesium oil before bed to help support healthy rest.*

**If pregnant or lactating, consult a qualified health practitioner before using.

Ingredients

Tulsi (Ocimum spp.)*, lavender (Lavandula spp.)*, or rose (Rosa spp.)* hydrosols from WildRoot Botanicals, distilled water, and magnesium chloride

(Organic*, homegrown**, wildcrafted^)
