Our Skin-Soothing Salve is a wonderful choice for dry, chapped skin that needs a heavy-duty moisturizing application on days when lotions and creams simply aren’t enough.

In this tried-and-true blend, calendula soothes irritated skin while comfrey relieves minor pain and stimulates normal tissue regeneration. Together, this duo supports the body’s innate healing processes against a host of uncomfortable skin complaints.

To the organic calendula-and-comfrey-infused base we add cocoa butter, lanolin, and beeswax for a soft, spreadable salve with staying power. No essential oils are added, making this blend well tolerated by sensitive skin of all ages.

Directions

Apply our Skin-Soothing Salve to affected areas three times per day, or as needed for relief. For best results, apply right after a bath or shower to lock in moisture. Dry skin drinks up moisture quickly, so reapply five minutes later if you can.
