Stop the Itch! Clay Poultice soothes itching and irritation brought on by bug bites, poison ivy, poison oak, bee stings, and other minor skin conditions that result from living an active life.

In this blend, French green clay draws irritants from the body, absorbing them into the clay. Meanwhile, lavender witch hazel calms and soothes the skin, and organic peppermint essential oil gently cools hot spots and swelling.

We know it would be impossible to prevent every irritation — that’s why Stop the Itch! Clay Poultice exists — but do note that our Bugger Off! Bug Spray goes a long way toward minimizing bites and stings, using a completely plant-based formula.

All of our plant potions are formulated and hand-crafted by an experienced herbalist and packaged in eco-friendly materials.

Directions

Apply a thin layer of Stop the Itch! Clay Poultice paste on the affected area. If desired, cover the clay with a cloth or bandage to keep the poultice in contact with skin. After several minutes or hours, depending on the severity of the irritation, remove any coverings and rinse any remaining clay from the skin. Reapply as necessary.
