Building Your Home Apothecary
In this nine-part series, you’ll learn the foundations of First Aid, Digestion, Anxiety & Sleep, Cold and Flu, Pain & Inflammation, and Pregnancy, Children’s Care, Perimenopause, and Men’s Health. Each of these classes comes with a workbook full of herbal formulas and well-tested recipes for making your own remedies. These are the exact same recipes I use for the products in my shop!
After taking these workshops you’ll have a strong understanding of how your body works, what plants and remedies to use, and feel confident applying this knowledge to help yourself and your loved ones.
What’s Included
In each module, we’ll dive into the anatomy and physiology of the class theme, giving you a solid overview of how your body works. I’ll also share my favorite plants for each topic, including their herbal actions and energetics, along with all the information you’ll need to know to choose the best plant for targeted support.
Each class also comes with a workbook filled with instructions, including recipes, formulas, and details for foraging and/or growing each plant.
